Founded in 1973, Zartman Construction, a full service general contractor, has built hundreds of buildings in the central Susquehanna Valley concentrating on commercial, industrial and institutional building construction. We have built our company to be the largest construction company in the Central Susquehanna Valley.

We do both plan and spec work and design build projects. Our team of professionals can guide you through the construction process. They are supported with computerized estimating, CAD and scheduling software. We don’t just build new buildings, we routinely handle complex remodeling, structural modifications and work around ongoing operations.

While we work primarily in the Susquehanna Valley , we have projects all over central and eastern Pennsylvania and some work out of state.

Our program of work from our bonding company is in excess of $40,000,000.

We are very conscientious of scheduling and the impact a schedule has to the owner. We self perform the concrete, carpentry and steel erection aspects of a project. Doing this work ourselves lets us drive the project and not vice versa. We support our employees with the tools and equipment to do the job efficiently, but more importantly, we strongly believe in training and safety.

We have a full time safety director, and we closely monitor our job sites for ensure safe conditions. Our workmen’s compensation experience modification factor is less than 1.079
