masonry walls, exterior of brick, EIFS, curtain walls, and
EPDM roof.

offices, nurse suite, band room, art room, 2,400 SF
auxiliary gym, 7,900 SF auditorium & stage, new freezer &
cooler.
17,000 SF - 2nd floor, 11 classrooms, science lab, hydraulic
elevator, 3 stairwells, faculty restrooms.
Renovations:
17,700 SF - 1st floor, cafeteria & kitchen, 3 computer labs,
technical education shop, girls / boys locker rooms &
restrooms, 5,400 SF gym, multiple classrooms.
14,800 SF - 2nd floor, 3 science labs, multiple classrooms.
Re - roof entire existing structure.
8 phases / 19 total months of construction. 13 months during
