framework on the
existing roof to
install the metal roofing
on. Often, we can upgrade the building insulation at
the same time.
Metal
roofing
also needs
maintenance. We have access to coatings and paints to
prolong their life. Keep the metal substrate protected, and
the roof will last a very long time. There are times,
however,
when complete panel replacement is the best way to
go.

30,000 s.f. of deteriorated concrete roof
with stainless steel roof panels.
Replaced approximately a third of the deteriorated main
structure with over 62 ton of new structural steel.
The plant remained in operation through out
the project.
