WE'RE MORE THAN JUST A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

As our crane service grew, Zartman Construction was called on to provide rigging and installation services. Several members of our staff are dedicated to providing rigging, millwright, process piping and machinery moving. We also install equipment for bulk material handling (aggregate, coal and feed) industries. Often our plant shutdown work involves repairing or replacing machinery foundations and footings.

Our yard has a railroad siding, dock and rail service available to load or unload your materials. We can also temporarily store equipment and materials in our yard to meet your needs.

We perform a specialized process called mud or slab jacking whereby we can raise concrete slabs and floors that have settled. We pump grout under the slab, and it literally floats up. It is faster and more economical than replacement.

We are involved with engineering, designing and doing structural repairs and modification to buildings, bridges, foundations and other structures. We work with any materials and products, structural steel and pre-engineered buildings, wood framing, trusses and concrete.
