Dunkin Donuts

Zartman Construction, Inc. was the Design/Build contractor for a new 2288 Sq. Ft. retail facility with specific design criteria set forth by Dunkin Donuts and the owner. This project included some unique materials and methods. There is a poured concrete floor which was ground, stained, and then polished to achieve the final product. Other specialty items installed include an On-Demand water heater, white EPDM roofing, R-53 roof construction system, heated air curtain at the drive-thru, large moveable rack storage system, high efficiency lighting and signs, and holds a 12% better energy efficiency than the minimum code requirement.
