Earlier today we had our final walk through the building with Brad Smeltz and Dave
Harmon. The building looks beautiful in every aspect. I wanted to take the opportunity
to tell you that these two guys are really great employees. I have been involved in dozens of building projects over a 30+ year period and have worked with many different project managers and project foremen. Those two positions can make or break a project. Brad and Dave are as good as they get. They managed and coordinated with the other vendors that we engaged and worked cooperatively throughout the project. They stayed in constant communication with us, dealt with issues in a timely manner and were sensitive to all of our concerns. It was very clear that they were all about delivering the highest quality of customer service possible. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
