Sometimes outpromised.

Never outperformed.

Construction Services

Zartman Construction Inc. is central Pennsylvania’s top full-service general contractor. Since our founding in 1973 we have built hundreds of buildings; both conventional and pre-engineered.

We take pride in our ability to deliver high quality, competitively priced construction services. Our exceptional workforce is dedicated to excellence, and we are committed to being the best in our business. Close interaction with our customers enables us to achieve success on all levels of a project – quality, design, delivery and cost. Our success is rooted in open and honest relationships with our most valued asset – our customers.

We do both plan and spec work and design build projects. Our team of professionals can guide you through the construction process. We don’t only build new buildings, we handle complex remodels and work around ongoing operations.

We are very conscientious of scheduling and the impact a schedule has to the owner. We self-perform the concrete, carpentry and steel erection aspects of a project. Doing this work ourselves lets us drive the project and not vice versa.

When we bid on a project we use our 150 years of combined experience to achieve the results you desire.

Whether you need a new building, have a simple or complex renovation, or have a unique engineering or structural challenge — we can design and engineer a solution that’s right for you!

“We make sure the jobs are done right,” says President David Zartman. “And we’ve gone out of our way to fix stuff that’s been not right, and that goes a long way. The guys we have don’t want to cut corners, they like to look at their work at the end of a day and say it’s a nice job.”
