The Zartman team renovated the existing Dairy Queen facility, both exterior and interior, modifying the floor plan to include new handicapped restrooms. Much of the interior was demolished and replaced with updated MEP, ceilings, cabinetry, appliances, and wall coverings. The exterior was repainted to update to the new Dairy Queen color schemes. A new roof and drive-through canopies were installed. A concrete pad was poured in the rear of the building for a new chiller to be installed.
