The Zartman team completely renovated the existing Loyalsock Dunkin’ Donuts in 60 days. This included new MEP, ceilings, wallcoverings, floorings, hardware, cabinetry and appliances. New concrete was poured for a redesigned drive-thru. The space was just under 3,000 square feet.
