Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA
Zartman Construction renovated the men’s, women’s and family locker rooms at the Sunbury branch.
The facilities were original from when the branch opened in 1959, and in need of an upgrade. Zartman gutted everything and started fresh, installing new tile floors, subway tile accents on newly tiled walls and fresh steam rooms.
The men’s locker room was expanded from 150 to 200 lockers and the women’s locker room was expanded from 140 to 170 lockers.
The $700,000 project, designed by B3 Architects, was completed in four months.
