Zartman Construction built a new wood-framed, single-story building which has 2,900 square feet of space for a medical marijuana dispensary and an additional 2,400 square feet of space for another tenant.
Zartman coordinated and supervised all the construction activities from foundations to finishes on the building. Zartman self-performed the concrete foundations, concrete floor slab, door frames, doors with hardware, security barriers, millwork installation, exterior building sign-age mounts and furniture construction and placement.
