Jessica S. Kozloff Apartments
Zartman Construction built the 202,000 square foot Jessica S. Kozloff Apartments at Bloomsburg University, which consists of one single story community building and three four-story apartment buildings.
One of the major parts of the project was the construction and setting of two modular roof units consisting of metal trusses.
Zartman completed all related site work, HVAC system installation, plumbing and electrical system installation and all general construction and finishing work for the 544 bed complex.
The project won the ABC Excellence in Construction Award for the Best Institutional Project in 2010.
